H People is seeking experienced MC Drivers for their Banksmeadow operation in NSW. This role offers full-time hours across day and afternoon shifts with strong overtime potential within a modern fleet and national operator.

Opportunities exist for A Double Drivers and Sideloader Operators, including container transport background pathways. MSIC holders are valued and can access additional wharf work and higher earnings.

Qualifications

• Current MC Licence (essential).
• Experience operating A Doubles, Sideloaders or container transport equipment.
• MSIC Card highly regarded.
• Strong NHVR compliance and load restraint knowledge.
• Reliable and professional attitude.
• Strong reversing and trailer handling skills.
• Commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operate MC vehicles across Sydney metro and Port Botany container operations.
• Drive a variety of trailer combinations including A Doubles, Sideloaders and general container equipment.
• Complete container pickups and deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Perform wharf collections and deliveries where required.
• Safely couple and uncouple trailers and complete load checks.
• Secure loads using correct load restraint methods and equipment.
• Navigate depots, ports and customer sites with strong reversing and manoeuvring skills.
• Maintain high standards of safety, compliance and professionalism.

What’s In It For You

• Day Shift: $40/hr + Overtime
• Afternoon Shift: $45.60/hr + Overtime
• Day Shift Start: 5:00am
• Afternoon Shift Start: 4:00pm
• 50-60 hours per week available
