SchoolHouse and a coeducational Catholic College in the Darling Downs region seek a Mathematics Teacher to commence January 2027. The role covers General and Essential Mathematics for Years 11–12 and Years 7–10, within a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education with current QCT registration or eligibility.
• Current or eligible to obtain Queensland teacher registration prior to commencement.
• Understanding and appreciation of regional Queensland education.
• Desire to assimilate with local community and engage with students, staff and parents.
• Enthusiasm and flexibility to work effectively within a collaborative team.
• Ability and desire to support the school's values and ethos.
• Working rights for Australia (or eligible to gain).

Responsibilities

• Deliver Mathematics teaching across Years 7–12, including General and Essential Mathematics for Years 11–12.
• Contribute to timetable planning; January 2027 start.
• Teach in an independent co-educational P-12 Catholic school.
• Participate in school community and student support.
