Qualifications

• Trade certification or diploma in baking is required.
• Extensive baking experience in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Customer obsessed and able to delight customers with quality products.
• Passion for quality and consistency in every loaf.
• Ability to mentor and support teammates.

Responsibilities

• Bake in fast-paced bakery environment and maintain high presentation of the bakery department.
