Job summary

SOS Sense Of Self is opening in Surry Hills, Sydney, delivering high-quality massage in a premium spa environment. We are seeking warm, skilled Massage Therapists to join from day one and help create a calm, personalised guest experience.

Casual rate of pay $40 per hour plus superannuation and weekend penalties. Hours: Full time or Part time, minimum 8 hours per week. Must have Certificate IV or Diploma in Massage Therapy, First Aid/CPR, 1+ year experience, and professional insurance.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Massage Therapy or Diploma, with at least 12 months' experience.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year's relevant massage experience.
• Current professional insurance and association membership.
• Experience in a premium spa, wellness or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality massage treatments with a calm, personalised guest experience.
• Create a welcoming and personalised guest experience.
• Maintain high hygiene, presentation and care standards.
• Communicate confidently and share knowledge.
• Collaborate with the wider venue team and support operations.
