Job description

Join Heidi to apply for the Martech Specialist role.

Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that supports clinicians every step of the way, from documentation to delivery of care.

We exist to double healthcare’s capacity while keeping care deeply human. In 18 months, Heidi has returned more than 18 million hours to clinicians and supported over 73 million patient visits. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi across 116 countries and over 110 languages.

Founded by clinicians, Heidi brings together clinicians, engineers, designers, scientists, creatives, and mathematicians, working with a shared purpose: to strengthen the human connection at the heart of healthcare.

Backed by nearly $100 million in total funding, Heidi is expanding across the USA, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with major health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, MaineGeneral, and Monash Health, among others.

We move quickly where it matters and stay grounded in what’s proven, shaping healthcare’s next era. Ready for the challenge?

The Role

The Martech Specialist will help power Heidi’s operational engine, ensuring our GTM systems, data, and campaigns run seamlessly. You’ll play a hands‑on role in maintaining and improving our marketing and sales technology stack—keeping workflows efficient, reporting accurate, and insights actionable.

This role is ideal for a technically minded operator who enjoys solving problems, managing tools, and making complex systems work smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll flex across a range of operational projects—from campaign automation and lead flow management to system troubleshooting and data hygiene.

Sitting within the RevOps function, you’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and GTM teams to ensure every touchpoint in the funnel is connected, measurable, and optimized for growth.

What you’ll do:
  • Execute and optimize multi‑channel campaigns across CRM and automation platforms to generate and nurture qualified leads.
  • Build and manage TOFU and MOFU lead nurture workflows that drive engagement, qualification, and sales readiness.
  • Support event‑driven campaigns ensuring end‑to‑end lead capture, data flow, and follow‑up automation.
  • Build and maintain campaign dashboards and reports, providing insights that improve targeting, segmentation, and marketing impact.
  • Help administer and maintain Heidi’s marketing technology ecosystem (HubSpot, Segment, ads platforms, etc.).
  • Ensure data integrity, lead routing accuracy, and synchronization between marketing, sales, and analytics systems.
  • Configure and manage automations, workflows, and attribution tracking to support campaign execution and ROI analysis.
  • Partner with GTM teams to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and ensure consistent system performance.
  • Act as a technical all‑rounder, supporting a variety of operational and tooling tasks across GTM systems, from troubleshooting workflows to helping automate manual processes.
Insights & Optimisation
  • Track and analyze funnel and campaign performance, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Use behavioral and engagement data to refine lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing strategies.
  • Test and iterate on messaging, cadence, and automation logic to improve conversion efficiency across the funnel.
  • Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and GTM teams to ensure leads process and transition smoothly through the funnel.
  • Document workflows, dashboards, and campaign processes to ensure repeatability and data consistency.
  • Support GTM teams with training and troubleshooting on key marketing and CRM systems.
What we will look for:
  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing or growth operations within a fast‑paced B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Confident using CRM and automation tools (like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo) to build workflows, score leads, and track performance.
  • Hands‑on experience running and optimizing multi‑channel campaigns— from email and paid to event‑driven programs.
  • Strong data mindset— comfortable building dashboards, analysing funnel metrics, and turning insights into action.
  • Good understanding of lead routing, attribution, and integrations across GTM and analytics tools.
  • A tech‑savvy problem solver who enjoys improving systems, automating processes, and making things run smoothly.
  • A great collaborator and communicator, able to document workflows clearly and work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Ops.

Attitude is more important than experience, so if you are a hungry, competitive and highly motivated operator who has a knack for problem solving and building relationships, we want to hear from you.
