We’re proudly part of the World Surf League community, and this role comes with real opportunities to travel, attend global events, and step confidently into brand leadership.

You’ll work across a growing portfolio of food + lifestyle brands including Bonsoy, Spiral Foods, Casalare and Riverina Grove, helping bring them to life through unforgettable campaigns, events, partnerships, and creative storytelling.

What You’ll Do

Run the day-to‑day marketing and creative activity across our four FMCG brands.

Work closely with the Marketing Director to turn strategy into culture‑driving campaigns.

Lead a small, passionate design team and help shape their creative output.

Build and execute end‑to‑end digital, social, retail, and content campaigns.

Manage and activate major events, festivals, surf comps, brand partnerships, and community moments — from idea to execution.

Oversee project timelines, production, budgets, and analytics to ensure our work lands with impact.

Work cross‑functionally with sales, product, and creative teams — plus external media and agency partners.

Bring fresh ideas to the table that evolve our brand presence and connect with new audiences.

Who You Are

4–5+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally in FMCG, food/bev, lifestyle, or action sports.

Someone who loves to travel. This is a must as the role will require travel away from Sydney regularly.

A natural leader with experience managing people or creative teams.

Someone who thrives when juggling multiple brands, projects, and deadlines.

Confident running events, sponsorships, and partner activations — from surf comps to trade shows.

A great communicator with strong project management chops.

Creative, organised, curious, and ready to take ownership.

Bonus: experience in content creation or product development.
