Job summary

Settify, a growing legal tech business backed by LEAP, is hiring its first Marketing Manager in Sydney. You’ll shape go-to-market strategy as we expand into new areas of law, defining the plan and leading delivery from concept to execution.

This hands-on generalist role operates in a scale-up with autonomy, covering brand partnerships, email campaigns, webinars, and cross‑team collaboration with LEAP’s marketing team to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience, including autonomous marketing management.
• B2B marketing experience targeting professional services such as legal, accounting or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM systems.
• Experience running paid and organic social campaigns, especially LinkedIn.
• Experience producing webinars, events or EDM programs that drive registrations.
• Confident designing assets in Canva, Figma or similar tools.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple teams.
• Generalist skills spanning strategy, content creation and campaign execution.

Responsibilities

• Assess Settify's marketing needs and connect activity to commercial goals.
• Maintain a consistent LinkedIn and social presence across organic and paid channels.
• Create campaign and brand content including social posts, ads, videos, EDMs and collateral.
• Partner with LEAP marketing to run webinars and ensure registrations.

• Collaborate with Customer Success to lift product adoption.
• Lay groundwork for outbound marketing to expand beyond LEAP ecosystem.

The Role

As Settify's first Marketing Manager you'll be joining us at an exciting time as we look towards the next phase of growth. Think global expansion to service customers in new areas of law. We already know the business outcomes we're aiming for, so we'd like for you to come in and assess how we get there from a Marketing perspective. You'll be helping to define where we are, work out what's needed, and lead the work to deliver it.

This is a hands-on generalist role in a scale-up and each day can bring something new. One day you might be helping with our brand partnerships, and the next it could be coordinating email marketing campaigns and producing a webinar series! You'll do all of this in an autonomous, tight knit team alongside people who genuinely care about the impact on the global legal landscape.

What you'll do

• Assess Settify's marketing needs and build a plan that ties activity directly to commercial goals
• Build and maintain a consistent, scheduled presence on LinkedIn and social media, across organic and paid channels
• Create campaign and brand content, including social posts, ads, video, EDMs and collateral
• Partner with LEAP's marketing team to launch and run a regular webinar series, ensuring the right firms register and the right people present
• Plan and run EDM campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive registrations, engagement and feature adoption
• Work with Customer Success to build action plans that lift adoption
• Lay the groundwork for outbound marketing to firms outside the LEAP ecosystem, turning cold audiences into a warm pipeline for the sales team
• Lead branding work that reflects where Settify is today and raises our profile with small to medium law firms

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of marketing experience, including time in a marketing manager or similarly autonomous role
• B2B marketing experience, ideally marketing to professional services audiences such as legal, accounting or financial services
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or with similar CRM systems
• Experience running paid and organic social campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn
• Experience producing webinars, events or EDM programs that drive registrations
• Confident designing assets in Canva, Figma or similar design software
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across multiple teams or business units
• A generalist skill set; comfortable moving between strategy, content creation and campaign execution
