Join us as a Marketing Finance Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business. As a key member of both the Finance and Marketing functions, you will be at the heart of strategic decision‑making processes. You will act as a critical business partner across Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Innovations, and Commercial teams, overseeing substantial financial elements including controlling a significant A&P Spend and an exciting pipeline of new products. Your expertise will not only support but also propel our strategic goals forward. Minimum of 5 years as a Chartered Accountant, complemented by 7‑9 years of professional experience, ideally within the FMCG sector. Demonstrated expertise in business partnership and budget management responsibilities. Strong track record of building and maintaining effective partnerships with cross‑functional teams, particularly in marketing and innovation. Ability to influence decision‑making and drive strategic initiatives collaboratively. Extensive experience in financial budget management, including forecasting, budgeting, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP). Proven ability to manage complex financial processes efficiently. Strong capability to think critically and develop sophisticated models for analysing the return on investment of marketing spend. Ability to provide strategic insights that drive business growth.
