Join the team at Stockland Green Hills, East Maitland and deliver marketing on the ground in a busy, high‑performing regional centre. This role is permanent full time based on site five days a week and plays a critical part in bringing the centre’s marketing strategy to life.

A hands‑on Marketing Executive who enjoys retail environments, builds strong relationships and delivers high‑quality marketing activity every day. In particular if you have exposure to campaigns, events, brand execution and customer engagement. You’re comfortable working autonomously, enjoy building relationships and take pride in delivering high‑quality outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Implement centre marketing campaigns, events and retailer programs
• Build strong relationships with retailers and local community partners
• Support customer experience initiatives aligned to centre strategy
• Coordinate content, suppliers and in‑centre presentation standards
• Act as the on‑site marketing support for a fast‑paced centre team

About You

You bring strong judgement, confidence and experience. You’re organised, proactive and comfortable working on site in a live retail environment. You enjoy being hands‑on and making things happen.
