Job summary

Medical Symbiosis in Sydney, NSW, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to drive cross-brand campaigns across Nutraviva, Steady Freddy and SuperFast Diet. You’ll own the marketing calendar, coordinate briefs, asset delivery and QA, and ensure campaigns ship on time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Marketing Coordinator role, ecommerce focus.

• Well organized with proactive follow-up.

Marketing Coordinator

About Us

Medical Symbiosis is a multi-brand ecommerce business. We own and operate:

• Nutraviva - collagen, bone broth and supplements, sold DTC and through pharmacy and distribution
• Steady Freddy - men's sexual wellness, trading in Australia and the US
• SuperFast Diet - a subscription weight-loss program with a large, engaged community

We are small, fast and commercially minded. Decisions get made in days, not quarters, and the work you do this week shows up in the numbers next week.

The role

This is a genuine cross-brand coordinator role. You will sit across every department - paid media, creative, email and SMS, influencer, ecommerce and ops - and keep the marketing engine moving. You are the person who makes sure the campaign ships on time, the brief is written, the assets exist, the discount code works and the numbers get reported.

You report to the General Manager and work day to day with our Head of Growth, brand managers, designers and CX team.

What you will actually do

Campaign and calendar coordination

• Own the marketing calendar across all three brands and keep every stakeholder to it
• Run campaign builds end to end: brief, asset delivery, landing page, offer setup, QA, go live, wrap-up
• Chase the dependencies before they become delays

Creative production

• Write and file creative briefs, then traffic them through design and video to approval
• Keep the asset library organised and make sure the right sizes and variants exist for every placement
• Coordinate UGC and influencer creators: sourcing lists, product seeding, deliverable tracking, usage rights

Email, SMS and retention

• Build and schedule campaigns in Klaviyo, including segmentation, testing and reporting
• Keep flows current as products, offers and claims change

Ecommerce

• Shopify updates: product pages, collections, merchandising, promotions and discount codes
• Work with ops on launches, stock messaging and pre-orders

Reporting and admin

• Pull weekly performance numbers and turn them into a clean summary the team can act on
• Keep ClickUp accurate so everyone knows what is where
• Liaise with agencies, suppliers, printers and platform reps

What we are looking for

• 2+ years in a marketing coordinator, brand assistant, agency account coordinator or similar role, ideally in ecommerce, retail or consumer goods
• Hands-on with at least two of: Shopify, Klaviyo (or similar ESP), Meta Ads Manager, Canva, a project tool like ClickUp or Asana
• Strong written English and a good eye for copy and creative, even if you are not the one writing the ad
• Genuinely organised: you track your own work, you follow up without being asked, and nothing quietly falls off the list
• Comfortable working across categories that include supplements and sexual wellness, and comfortable with the compliance care those categories require
• Commercially curious. You want to know whether the campaign actually made money

Nice to have, not essential: experience with subscription products, US market exposure, basic reporting in GA4 or a BI tool, influencer program experience.

What this role is not

It is not a strategy role and it is not a content-only role. It is a hands‑on execution job across a lot of moving parts. If you like ownership, variety and a short path from idea to live, you will enjoy it. If you want a single narrow lane, you will not.
