B. Braun Australia Pty. L, based in Norwest, Sydney, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Integrated Marketing & Communications (IMC) team and support the delivery of healthcare marketing initiatives across Australia and New Zealand.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Sales teams, creative specialists and external suppliers to coordinate projects, manage digital assets, support events, and ensure smooth day-to-day marketing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing projects, workflows, approvals and stakeholder communications to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and initiatives.
• Manage marketing assets, documentation and version control across Salesforce, SharePoint, PIM and other internal systems.
• Support conferences, workshops, educational programs and events, including logistics, materials and supplier coordination.
• Oversee marketing collateral production, inventory management and distribution to Sales Representatives and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain procurement, compliance and administrative processes while identifying opportunities to improve marketing operations and efficiencies.

Your Responsibilities

As our Marketing Coordinator, you will:

About You

To be successful in this role, your background will include:

• Experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar support role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and commitment to maintaining high-quality work standards.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital business systems; experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, Ariba or regulated industries will be highly regarded.
