Woods Bagot is part of the 7C Network. The 7C Network is an integrated network of design and architecture companies that provides “Total Place Design,” a holistic approach to creating transformative environments. It combines capabilities from its constituent brands – including Woods Bagot, ERA‑co, Impact Futures, and Customs Bureau – to offer services in placemaking, sustainability, architecture and interior design, and luxury concepts.

About the role

This is an opportunity to build your marketing career across a global network of design, architecture, innovation and place‑focused businesses.

As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in bringing the 7C Network and its portfolio of brands, including 7C, Woods Bagot, ERA‑co, Customs Bureau and Impact Futures, to life across our digital channels and campaigns. Working with colleagues around the world, you’ll help turn ideas, stories and insights into engaging marketing activity across web, social, email and paid channels. You’ll gain exposure to a broad mix of brands, audiences and marketing disciplines, while developing hands‑on experience in campaign delivery, content, digital publishing and performance. It’s a varied role for someone who is organised, curious and ready to take ownership. You’ll keep campaigns moving, connect people and ideas across teams, and use insights to help us continually improve how we engage our audiences. Along the way, you’ll contribute to our shared ambition around 7C Total Place Design and help tell the stories of the people, projects and ideas shaping places around the world.

What you’ll do
Bring campaigns and content to life
  • Help plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across the 7C Network and our portfolio brands.
  • Coordinate content calendars and publishing schedules, bringing together input from marketing, communications, creative, regional and sector teams.
  • Keep campaigns moving by managing briefs, timelines, approvals and deliverables.
  • Contribute ideas and identify opportunities to make our marketing more engaging and effective.
  • Publish and schedule content across web, social and email channels.
  • Make sure content is accurate, engaging, on‑brand and optimised for each channel.
  • Manage campaign tagging, links and metadata to support measurement and performance.
  • Work with teams to resolve publishing issues and continually improve our digital presence.
Connect people, content and creative
  • Coordinate copy, creative assets and localisation across global teams.
  • Help manage the review and approval process from initial brief through to publication.
  • Keep content and asset libraries organised and ensure teams have access to the latest approved materials.
  • Build strong working relationships across our global marketing, communications and creative community.
  • Track campaign and channel performance against our objectives.
  • Help build reports and dashboards that show what’s working and where we can improve.
  • Bring together platform insights and campaign learnings to support optimisation.
  • Contribute recommendations that make future marketing activity smarter and more effective.
Be part of a high‑performing global marketing team
  • Work closely with the Global Marketing & Communications Leader and Marketing Leader on integrated programs and campaigns.
  • Support events, launches, presentations and other high‑profile marketing initiatives.
  • Work with agencies, suppliers and external partners to help deliver great work.
  • Bring your ideas to the table and help us improve how we work as a team.
About you
  • You don’t need to have done everything on this list. We’re looking for someone with strong foundations, a willingness to learn and the energy to make things happen. You’ll ideally bring:
  • Around 2+ years’ experience in marketing, content, communications or digital publishing.
  • A relevant qualification in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with, or an eagerness to learn, social publishing, content management and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong organisational skills and the confidence to manage multiple priorities and keep others moving towards a deadline.
  • A collaborative approach and an ability to build relationships with people across different teams and locations.
  • Good attention to detail, paired with curiosity about what makes marketing effective.
  • An interest in architecture, design, cities, professional services or the built environment.
  • Most importantly, a positive, proactive mindset and a desire to grow your marketing career.

You’ll join a global marketing community working across an unusually diverse portfolio of brands, disciplines and ideas. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from experienced marketing, communications and creative specialists, contribute to work with global reach, and build broad experience across the modern marketing mix.

If you’re curious, organised, collaborative and excited by the opportunity to grow, we’d love to hear from you.
