Job summary

A leading real estate company in Sydney is looking for a Marketing & Systems Coordinator to support various marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have at least 12 months of relevant experience, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, where you will assist with marketing tasks, manage databases, and support onboarding new staff.

Qualifications

  • At least 12 months experience in a similar position.
  • Must have own vehicle and current Driver Licence.
  • Strong work ethic with a positive and friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Providing assistance across agent and brand marketing.
  • Database management to ensure all client data is current and accurate.
  • Assisting in onboarding for new staff.
  • Assisting offshore team with property marketing solutions.
  • Working closely with external suppliers.
  • Adhoc marketing tasks and projects as required.

In this important role you will be working along side our Marketing Manager and providing vital support to all levels of the business.

About the role:

About you:
