You’re a driven, analytical marketer with a passion for automation, CRM systems, and building high-performing marketing engines. You love turning data into insights, creating automated journeys that convert, and shaping a brand’s entire customer lifecycle.
You are looking for your next challenge where you can have autonomy. You will take ownership of our CRM, marketing systems, and automation strategy — playing a key role in elevating our brand to the next level.
As the Marketing Automation & CRM Lead, you will design, build, and manage the full marketing automation ecosystem across the customer journey — from lead generation to nurturing, conversion, retention, and re‑engagement.
You will work closely with our General Manager, Managing Director, and Creative Team to develop smart, scalable marketing systems that drive measurable ROI.
Your responsibilities include:
CRM Ownership & Management
- Own and manage the CRM (HubSpot) across marketing, sales, and service
- Build dashboards, reports, attribution models, and lifecycle tracking
- Maintain database health, accuracy, and segmentation
Marketing Automation & Customer Journeys
- Design and build automated nurture sequences, pipelines, and behavioural workflows
- Implement lead scoring models to optimise sales handover
- Develop automated onboarding, referral, and re‑engagement programs
Marketing Operations & System Optimisation
- Audit and improve the sales and marketing funnel
- Set up marketing analytics, tracking, and conversion measurement
- Integrate tools, APIs, forms, landing pages, and data sources
- Ensure all marketing systems run smoothly and efficiently
- Work alongside the Creative Manager and Social Media Specialist
- Provide insights for content planning and audience targeting
- Build landing pages, forms, branded email campaigns, and A/B tests
Data, Insights & Strategy
- Provide weekly reporting on pipeline, conversion, and campaign performance
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimisation
- Drive continuous improvement across all digital touchpoints
What We’re Looking For

- Systems Thinker: You can map processes, streamline pipelines, and design efficient marketing systems.
- Creative‑Technical Balance: You can work alongside a creative team, but you are the person who pumps life, structure, and intelligence into the overall marketing engine.
- Autonomous & Driven: You love owning your space, taking initiative, and turning ideas into action. You have the hunger and aptitude to lift Lifewood’s marketing capability.
- Strong Communicator: Whether working with leadership, creatives, or sales teams, you communicate clearly and collaborate effectively.
- Experienced in CRM/Automation: Experience with HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Marketo, Salesforce Pardot — or similar — is essential.
What You Will Achieve
- An increase in sales revenue.
- Build and optimise automated customer journeys that significantly lift lead quality.
- Increase conversion rates across showroom visits & quotes.
- Improve marketing data accuracy, visibility, and attribution.
- Implement a clean, high‑performing CRM structure.
