Job summary

Boost Juice is seeking a Marketing Assistant to help bring campaigns to life across our store network. You will support national promotions, campaign reporting and new store openings, working closely with the Marketing, Creative teams, franchise partners and suppliers.

Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, the role offers hands-on exposure across campaigns, performance tracking and internal stakeholder communications in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Great attention to detail when reviewing campaigns and invoices.
• Analytical mindset with comfort working with budgets and reports.
• Intermediate Excel skills are highly regarded.
• Able to thrive in a fast-moving environment and adapt to priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns across the store network.
• Compile weekly performance results and maintain marketing dashboards.
• Lead post-campaign analysis with stakeholders and the Creative team.
• Develop and distribute internal surveys to gather franchise feedback.
• Coordinate production, allocation and distribution of marketing materials.
• Source print quotes for national campaigns and menu boards.
• Organise new store kits and digital menu board setup for launches.
• Process marketing invoices and track budgets, assist chargeback administration.
• Maintain store databases and marketing distribution lists.
• Prepare updates for shopping centre management and cross-team briefs.
• Support wider Marketing with projects and day-to-day tasks as priorities evolve.
