POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing & Product Associate will play a key role in supporting ImpediMed’s Heart Failure and Body Composition businesses by managing marketing projects, coordinating with agencies, and ensuring high-quality execution across multiple channels. This role combines project coordination, campaign management, and hands‑on marketing tasks to deliver impactful initiatives that drive growth and brand integrity.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

(Essential Functions of the Position) include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Marketing Planning & Execution
  • Manage planning and coordination of marketing activities across digital and traditional channels.
  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Maintain brand integrity across all marketing initiatives and communications.
Content & Asset Management
  • Coordinate with agencies to deliver marketing assets on time and within scope.
  • Create, schedule, and publish social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Produce marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Update brand and product messaging as needed.
High-Quality, Rapid Marketing Asset Creation
  • Create polished, ready-to-use materials under fast timeframes:
    • In-clinic posters
    • Front-desk scripts
    • Consumer handouts
    • Landing pages
    • Email sequences
    • Short explainer videos
  • Ensure messaging is simple, visually appealing, and aligned with clinic workflows.
Performance Tracking & Insights
  • Track, measure, and present the performance of all marketing strategies.
  • Monitor feedback and data to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies to improve marketing efficiency and lead quality.
General Marketing & Events Administration
  • Assist with events, sponsorships, sampling, trade shows, and field marketing activities.
  • Manage campaign documentation, briefs, and approvals.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to timelines and quality standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with Sales, Clinical, Product, and US sales teams to align messaging, pricing strategies, launch plans, and customer‑experience goals.
  • Facilitate the loop between customer feedback → marketing → product → commercial rollout.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE OR CERTIFICATIONS
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination or project management (health tech or wellness preferred).
  • Experience working with creative agencies and managing marketing projects.
  • Experience contributing to or supporting product‑management processes (requirements gathering, feature validation, roadmap input).
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Travel: Position requires some business travel (including overnight and international) estimated up to 5% and valid driver’s licence and valid passport.
  • Physical Demand: Light physical effort. This job requires the employee to lift at least 15 lbs infrequently. This position may include considerable fieldwork, with possible exposure to physical and/or environmental hazards.
  • Mental Demand: Moderate to high degree of concentration.
