Job summary

Compute Technologies Pty Ltd. in Canberra is seeking a Test and Evaluation Manager (Maritime SPO) to plan, coordinate, and oversee all test activities ensuring systems meet requirements and performance standards.

You will lead TEMP development, manage test schedules, analyze results, and communicate findings to project teams and decision-makers, with a focus on defence standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in managing complex test and evaluation programs.
• Knowledge of Defence acquisition processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Test Planning and Strategy: Develop and maintain the TEMP.
• Coordination and Management: Liaise with test teams and coordinate schedules.
• Execution and Oversight: Oversee trials and evaluations per approved plans.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Review data, analyse results, and prepare reports.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with managers, engineers, end-users, and review boards.
• Compliance and Continuous Improvement: Ensure Defence standards adherence and process improvements.
