Job summary

Haskoning Australia seeks a motivated Maritime Engineer to join our Water & Maritime team. You will contribute to the design, delivery and inspection of maritime infrastructure across projects in Australia and the Pacific.

You will bring a Civil or Structural Engineering degree, maritime specialization, and at least four years’ experience. Proficiency with SpaceGass, STAAD.Pro and Tekla Tedds is required; Chartered status with Engineers Australia is strongly preferred and benefits from ongoing

Qualifications

• Civil or Structural Engineering degree required.
• Maritime Structural Engineering specialization advantageous.
• Minimum four years’ maritime engineering experience.
• Proficiency with SpaceGass, STAAD.Pro and Tekla Tedds.

Responsibilities

• Undertake feasibility studies and design maritime structures (quay walls, wharves, jetties, etc.).
• Perform structural analysis and review calculations.
• Prepare design reports, specifications and construction documentation.
• Coordinate technical interfaces within multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage small projects and contribute to client liaison and project delivery.
