Job summary

Seek is seeking a Marine Surveyor based in Mackay, Queensland. The role requires ocean-going sailing experience in senior ranks, a Diploma in Marine Surveying or related qualification, Australian work rights, MSIC or ability to obtain one, and a valid full Australian driver’s license.

The successful candidate will perform surveys, inspections, and audits across cargo and bunker operations. You will conduct Draft Surveys, Load Master, Trimming Surveys, cargo hold inspections; prior AO

Qualifications

• 1–3 years sailing on ocean-going vessels in senior ranks.
• Diploma in Marine Surveying or related qualification.
• Eligible to work in Australia with MSIC or able to obtain one.
• Must be medically fit and hold a full Australian driver's license.
• Working rights in Australia.
