Job summary

Telwater, Australia’s largest trailer boat manufacturer on the Gold Coast, is seeking hard working labourers for the Large Boats and Plate Boats Paint & Preparation departments. You will clean, grind and sand boats, prep aluminium surfaces and ensure surfaces meet high standards before painting.

The role uses grinders and palm sanders and runs 6am–2:30pm, Mon–Fri. We offer full-time permanent employment with 40 hours per week and occasional overtime, with an hourly rate of $32.01 plus

Qualifications

• Hard working, reliable and willing to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Comply with workplace health & safety policies.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, grinding and sanding boats.
• Preparing aluminium surfaces for painting.
• Ensuring surfaces are prepped to high standard before painting.
• Use of hand and power tools including sanders and grinders.
