Job summary

Auriga Group is seeking an organized Operations Coordinator to ensure smooth pilotage delivery across our national network. You’ll coordinate pilot movements, travel and accommodation, vessel scheduling, and reporting while collaborating with pilots, agents and internal stakeholders.

This fast-paced role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of customer service. Rotating roster may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating logistics, rostering and scheduling.
• Experience in marine, transport, aviation or 24/7 operations preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management.
• Proactive and solutions-focused.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pilot allocations with vessel schedules and operational needs.
• Manage rosters, travel bookings, accommodation, and relocations.
• Liaise with pilots, agents, ports and service providers for seamless ops.
• Monitor vessel movements and maintain scheduling records.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports to stakeholders.
• Coordinate pilot launch services for transfers.
• Process pilotage documentation and maintain records.
• Ensure shift handovers and continuity.
