Job summary

Evolve Scientific – Rutherford NSW is partnering with a leading veterinary pharmaceutical company to appoint a Process Validation Specialist for an initial 4-month contract. You will join the Validation team to support process validation, cleaning validation and media fill activities in a GMP-compliant manufacturing environment, with a strong emphasis on documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science/engineering or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Direct GMP validation experience.
• Experience authoring validation protocols and reports.

Responsibilities

• Author and review process validation protocols and reports
• Support process validation, cleaning validation and media fill activities
• Analyse validation data and prepare technical reports
• Review batch and manufacturing documentation
• Ensure validation protocols are executed per requirements
• Coordinate sample collection and validation activities
• Liaise with Production teams on validation planning and execution
• Liaise with Quality teams to support GMP compliance and document approval
• Support new product introduction activities
• Assist with validation-related deviations, investigations and CAPAs
• Support process improvement initiatives and manufacturing operations

An exciting opportunity is available for a Process Validation Specialist to join their Rutherford manufacturing facility on an initial 4-month contract. Working within the Validation team, you will support process validation, cleaning validation and media fill activities while ensuring compliance with GMP requirements.

This is a documentation-focused role suited to candidates with experience authoring validation protocols and reports, analysing validation data, reviewing batch documentation and collaborating with Quality and Production teams within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Duties:

• Author and review process validation protocols and reports
• Support process validation, cleaning validation and media fill activities
• Analyse validation data and prepare technical reports
• Review batch and manufacturing documentation

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years' experience within pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, consumer healthcare or cosmetics manufacturing environments
• Direct validation experience within a regulated GMP environment
• Experience authoring validation protocols and validation reports
