Dekro Recruitment is partnering with a market-leading Melbourne employer to recruit for Manufacturing laborers/Process Workers on the day shift. Immediate start with ongoing roles across production and distribution.

Ideal candidates have food processing or pick-and-pack experience, cold room exposure, HACCP background, and strong OH&S knowledge. Lifting up to 15kg, refrigerated environment, pork meat processing, and full five-day availability with overtime are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a food process worker or warehouse pick and packer.
• Cold room experience.
• HACCP experience - Food manufacturing background.
• A thorough knowledge of OH&S standards in a manufacturing environment.

Manufacturing laborers/ Process Workers/ Pick and Packers- Day Shift

Market Leading Business who employ over 300 people.

Looking for the next superstars to join their team.

Immediate start

5.50am to 2pm Monday to Friday

5 days per week - You must be available for all 5 days

Overtime Available

Our valued client currently employ over 300 people in ongoing work. Due to consistant growth they are looking for the next group of superstars to join their team.

We have multiple roles available across production and distribution departments.

Your background will include the following skills, and experiences:

• Experience as a food process worker or warehouse pick and packer.
• Cold room experience.
• HACCP experience - Food manufacturing background.
• A thorough knowledge of OH&S standards in a manufacturing environment.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

Lifting of up to 15kg is required in this role.

The work environment is refrigerated - 3 degrees Celsius.

Meat products including Pork are used.

This business conduct drug and alcohol testing.
