Job summary

JK Personnel is assisting a major Australian manufacturer in Ballarat to recruit for a Manufacturing Assembly role focused on building and fitting out special purpose vehicles in a busy production environment.

You will read plans, interpret drawings, and use hand and power tools to perform mechanical and electrical assembly, working both independently and as part of small teams with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Competent use of hand and power tools.
• Mechanically minded, ideally with experience in assembly, air conditioning, electrical, or technical work.
• Forklift license (beneficial)
• Strong adherence to occupational health and safety

The Role

In this Manufacturing Assembly role, you’ll be responsible for assisting the build & fit out of special purpose vehicles within a manufacturing environment. The role offers both autonomy and team-centric ideals, variety, and the chance to develop your technical skills.
