As the Manufacturing Administratoryou will provide general administrative support to all areas of the operations and manufacturing department to facilitate the efficient progression and completion of works and projects.
Coordination of manufacturing email inboxes.
Data entry for manufacturing registers.
Assist with month‑end process including stock take, work in progress reports and accruals.
Printing and sorting materials and Sub‑Contractor Invoices, including tracking of progress and raising coding slips for payment.
Assist with data entry of Purchase Orders, matching delivery dockets and invoices records.
Printing and sorting materials and Sub‑Contractor Invoices.
Follow up supplier for outstanding materials and missing invoices.
Provide support to the manufacturing coordinator.
Experience in an operational administration role, ideally within a building, construction, manufacturing or related industry.
Excellent computer literacy skills and familiarity across the Microsoft Office suite.
Refined interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
A keen attention for detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
