Job summary

EBR Ever Better Recruitment in Sydney seeks a driven Auditor to join the office on a permanent, full-time basis. You will work closely with clients, perform standard auditing activities, and contribute to audit planning and reporting.

Ideal candidates hold an accounting degree, are pursuing CA/CPA, have 1.5–3 years in public practice, and are fluent in Mandarin and English. Familiarity with CaseWare and strong Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree; CA/CPA qualification in progress
• 18 months to 3 years of audit experience in public practice
• Familiarity with CaseWare audit software
• CPA/CA (Australia) qualified or partly qualified

Responsibilities

• Completing standard auditing activities for review, ensuring jobs are completed effectively and within budget
• Assist in preparing business reports and management letters for clients to highlight key issues and recommended actions
• Assist in planning out audit engagements alongside Audit Lead
• Ensure all audit files are completed in line with the Crowe Horwath Audit Methodology
• Communicate with clients to develop a detailed understanding of their business
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge to ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in industry and business activities external to the firm, raising the brand profile.
