Job summary

Talent Web Recruitment seeks a Relationship Manager (KYC Support) to join the International Banking and Financial Institutions team in Sydney, handling cross-border banking needs for large Chinese corporates.

You will support onboarding, AML/KYC due diligence, documentation, and transaction administration, coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliant service delivery. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Australian banking (front, middle or back office).
• Up-to-date AML/CTF, KYC/CDD knowledge.
• Ability to handle a varied task load and produce quality output.
• Ability to interact with clients directly in a supporting capacity.
• Fluency in spoken and written English & Chinese Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers/Directors on client relationship management for large Chinese corporates and financial institutions.
• Assist in client onboarding due diligence (AML/KYC), documentation, business proposals, marketing and transaction administration.
• Monitor transaction progress and provide post-transaction support and reporting.
• Attend client meetings with Relationship Manager/Directors.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance.
• Support portfolio monitoring and risk management activities.
