Job summary

Altis Consulting Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Data & Analytics consultant to turn complex data challenges into practical, scalable solutions. You will own engagements from discovery through delivery, translating client needs into actionable data architectures and analytics.

You'll lead projects across full delivery lifecycle, mentor consultants, shape technical solutions around client outcomes, and maintain governance and quality standards. Applicants must be Australian citizens.

Qualifications

• Broad Data & Analytics experience with depth in one or more areas (data engineering, analytics, or BI).
• Ability to translate complex requirements for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring consultants.

We're looking for an experienced Data & Analytics consultant who combines strong technical foundations with the ability to lead clients through complex decisions.

You'll own engagements from discovery and solution design through delivery, working with stakeholders to understand the problem behind the requirement and turning it into practical, scalable data solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead Data & Analytics projects across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Shape technical solutions based on client outcomes rather than technology alone.
• Design data warehouse, integration, BI, analytics and data engineering solutions.
• Translate complex requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead project teams and mentor developing consultants.
• Maintain strong delivery, governance, risk and quality standards.
• Provide trusted advice to clients.
• Contribute to proposals, solution development and the continued growth of Altis.

What you'll bring

You'll bring broad Data & Analytics experience with depth in one or more areas such as:

• Data engineering
• Data architecture
• Data warehousing and modelling
• Analytics and BI
• Cloud data platforms
• Data integration and ETL/ELT

You'll also be confident leading conversations, navigating ambiguity and balancing technical quality with real-world client constraints.
