Job Description
The Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our Digital Advisory team in Melbourne. This role is suited to someone who combines strong consulting capability with sound technical knowledge and can help clients navigate complex digital challenges, make informed decisions and translate strategy into pragmatic, contemporary solutions.

As a Manager, You Will
  • Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality advice, client deliverables and outcomes.
  • Translate technical concepts into clear insights and recommendations tailored to executive, business and technical audiences.
  • Help clients identify where innovation can create value and consider the governance, capability, risk and change required to implement it successfully.
  • Plan and facilitate interviews, workshops and working sessions, drawing out insights and guiding stakeholders towards decisions.
  • Conduct and oversee qualitative and quantitative analysis, including document reviews, current-state assessments, option analysis and benchmarking.
  • Take ownership of workstreams, manage competing priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Coach and develop junior team members through clear direction, constructive feedback and active support.
  • Contribute to practice growth through proposals, market insights, client opportunities and the development of methods, tools and intellectual property.

You Will Bring
  • Tertiary qualifications in technology, information systems, engineering, business or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • A strong technology background, with broad knowledge across digital strategy, enterprise architecture, technology transformation, data, cloud, emerging technologies and modern delivery approaches.
  • Demonstrated consulting experience, with the ability to work across different organisations, industries and stakeholder environments.
  • Experience contributing to or leading complex transformation initiatives across areas such as digital strategy and architecture, operating models, business and service design, strategic planning, business cases, change, governance, and program or portfolio delivery.
  • Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how technology decisions influence organisational value, risk, cost and delivery outcomes.
