Aruma is seeking a Manager Shared Living to lead disability support services across the Mildura region. You will inspire and develop a team of Support Workers, build relationships with residents, families and stakeholders, and drive service excellence that enables people to live independently and achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing teams in people-focused settings.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing operational priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Commitment to inclusion, dignity and person-centred practice.
• Experience in disability, aged care or community services is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support a team of Support Workers.
• Foster a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture.
• Ensure services align with person-centred and human rights-based practice.
• Partner with residents, families, advocates and stakeholders.
• Oversee workforce planning, rosters and service delivery.
• Manage budgets and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, policies and quality requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and service excellence.
