A leading financial institution in New South Wales is looking for a Manager, Resolution Planning to develop and implement key regulatory strategies. The role involves managing projects, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. Financial Services partner with all areas of CommBank to specialist advice, support and services in finance, audit, treasury, property, procurement, climate strategy and investor relations.
This role sits within Group Treasury, which forms part of the Financial Services division and is responsible for the Group’s funding and liquidity management, capital forecasting and execution, and asset and liability management.
As Manager, Resolution Planning, you will work closely with the Head of Balance Sheet Resilience and Decision Support to develop, implement and embed CBA’s Resolution Plan and strategy. This involves setting up and running the Resolution Planning project, which will engage with senior stakeholders across the Group to facilitate analysis and changes across the organisation as required from APRA’s CPS900. The work you perform will ensure the Group can be resolved in an orderly manner where needed and address ongoing regulatory requirements. This will involve working with the regulators and the business to develop a Resolution Plan and embedding it within the Group’s frameworks.
The role will require you to manage an ongoing project with regulatory deliverables, build strong relationships across the Group and problem-solve with a knowledge of regulatory frameworks to address new regulatory requirements for the Group.
