As the Manager Residential Care, you will provide visionary leadership, drive high-level organisational outcomes, and shape a culture centred on excellence, innovation, and resident wellbeing.

In this senior leadership position, you will champion operational efficiency, strengthen governance frameworks, and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care. You will work closely with executive stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives, optimise staffing capability, and ensure the home consistently meets evolving aged care reforms and accreditation requirements.

  • Provide strategic direction across clinical, operational, and service delivery domains
