A team who values real diversity and inclusion, in a big brand with big ambitions.

What you’ll be doing

The objective of this role is to work across the broad-based remuneration portfolio to deliver flawless execution and governance of core remuneration and benefits programs and processes. • Provide Subject Matter Expertise knowledge on all Non-Enterprise Agreement remuneration and award compliance matters.
  • Lead the development of toolkits and delivery of workshops for the People team (specifically People Specialists and Talent Acquisition) to enable enhanced reward understanding.
  • Support delivery of Executive Leadership Team and Board Remuneration Committee Papers.
  • Maintain and update executive remuneration audit workbooks and prepare the Annual Remuneration Report.
  • Work closely with the Virgin Australia Finance team and third party share plan administrator to enable the delivery of share based remuneration plans.
  • Review any out of policy exceptions or out of cycle remuneration changes.
  • Manage relationships with Superannuation and Corporate Benefits providers.
You’ll be great in this role if you…
  • 5 years + experience working in Remuneration and Executive Remuneration in a listed company environment.
  • Strong understanding of broad-based remuneration.
  • Strong Excel modelling and analytical skills, and experience using Oracle or similar HR systems.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Benefits
  • Discounted flights for you and your loved ones (including $1000 worth of travel credits per year).

  • One of Brisbane’s most admired head office locations, with South Bank train station, a supermarket, pharmacy, and lunch options downstairs plus a 5-minute walk to the Busway, a rooftop restaurant and onsite gym (with a low membership fee) and South Bank Parklands just across the road.
  • Discounts on travel insurance, lounge membership, car hire, accommodation, and experiences worldwide.
  • Cheaper hospitality, retail, technology, beauty and wellness services.
  • Free counselling and access to a wellbeing app to support your physical, mental, social and financial health.
  • ‘Dress for Your Day’ – enjoy the freedom to wear whatever makes you feel great for the type of work you do and the day you have ahead of you.
