Job summary

Legal Aid Queensland is seeking a dynamic Manager of Procurement and Contract Services to lead our procurement and contract management function. You will provide strategic direction, oversee high-value contracts and coordinate with senior leaders to improve outcomes and governance across the organisation.

The role requires significant procurement experience, strong leadership, and a track record in delivering value-for-money solutions while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing complex procurement activities and high-value contracts.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing procurement and contract management functions.
• Knowledge of the Queensland Procurement Policy, relevant legislation and procurement governance frameworks.
• Experience developing or improving procurement policies, procedures and systems.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management skills.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering practical business outcomes.
