Job summary

Seqwater in Queensland seeks a Manager Performance – Treatment & Supply to lead asset performance, risk and reliability initiatives across our treatment and bulk water systems. You’ll translate complex data into clear, decision-ready insights and partner with planning, operations and maintenance to improve reliability and safety.

You'll drive continuous improvement, set priorities for asset investment and provide independent advice to senior leadership and governance forums.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in engineering, science, control systems management or other relevant discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading asset performance, risk or reliability outcomes in water treatment or bulk water supply environments.
• Strong asset management capability, including performance frameworks, risk assessment condition assessment and lifecycle planning.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into decision ready insights for senior leaders and governance forums.
• Experience interpreting system performance and risk data to inform prioritisation and intervention decisions.

About the role

As Manager Performance – Treatment & Supply, you’ll lead the people, insights and assurance that keep Seqwater’s critical treatment, supply and operational technology assets performing at their best. Turning complex asset data into clear, evidence-based decisions, you’ll identify emerging risks, shape investment priorities and champion continuous improvement across our systems. Working closely with planning, operations and maintenance teams, you’ll provide trusted, independent advice that strengthens reliability, improves performance and supports safe, efficient water services for South East Queensland.

What you'll bring

You are an accomplished technical leader who brings:
