Nick Scali Limited is seeking a passionate Manager In Training for the Jindalee Showroom to develop as a future leader who can coach and inspire the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

In this role, you will create a positive and motivating environment while ensuring operational excellence in your showroom, leading the team, driving sales performance, resolving customer issues, and upholding showroom standards.

• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies that maximize sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
