What you will get from us:

As a Manager in Training, you’ll play a key role in delivering joy in eyecare. You’ll support the Store Manager and Optometrist in running a successful store, including managing the appointment book and ensuring each customer has a seamless journey from the clinic to frame selection and dispense. You’ll also be responsible for running the store two days a week on the Store Manager’s rostered days off.

Comprehensive Training & Skill Development

You’ll receive hands‑on experience and structured training in:

  • Optical dispensing skills
  • Team leadership, including recruitment, performance management, and people development
  • End‑to‑end store management, including wage management, rostering, loss prevention, and clinic management
Coaching & Support

You’ll be guided and challenged by your Store Managers, Regional Manager and Area Directors to develop your skills and reach your potential.

Making an Impact

You’ll have the opportunity to shape the customer experience, building loyalty, repeat business, and word‑of‑mouth referrals. You’ll also be supported with local marketing tools to connect with your community and grow your customer base.

  • Experience – Solid experience in Retail and/or Optics at a management level
