A notable not-for-profit organization in Melbourne is seeking a seasoned Manager of Governance, Risk, and Compliance to oversee governance functions and ensure compliance. This executive leadership role involves providing strategic advice to the Board and managing compliance with federal funding agreements. Reporting to the COO, the Manager Governance, Risk and Compliance provides best practice governance, risk management and compliance services. The position includes the role of company secretary, providing procedural, governance compliance and support to the Board and relevant sub committees.
A salary of circa $150K, plus superannuation commensurate with experience. Attractive NFP salary packaging and hybrid / WFH working options are also available.
