Job summary

Macquarie Group's non-financial risk team supports governance and risk management obligations across Macquarie Capital. You will partner with risk, compliance, legal and business stakeholders to maintain accountability records and governance processes, contributing to insights and reporting.

This role offers opportunity to influence conduct and risk culture with practical guidance, and to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment across multiple markets and functions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accountability, risk and compliance frameworks, governance practices and regulatory obligations, including the practical application of reasonable steps requirements.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory, policy and governance requirements into clear, practical guidance that supports business objectives.
• Experience preparing governance materials, reporting and insights for senior leaders, committees and assurance activities.
• Understanding of, or interest in, conduct and risk culture, including the use of behavioural insights to strengthen accountability and risk management outcomes.
• Strong judgement, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while working independently in a dynamic environment.

Our non-financial risk team supports Macquarie Capital’s accountability, governance and risk management obligations. We work closely with stakeholders across the business to strengthen accountability arrangements, promote effective risk management and support compliance with regulatory requirements.

What role will you play?
