We are seeking a full-time permanent leader who can enrich our national curriculum through meaningful, engaging activities that are culturally informed and capable. As member of the Aboriginal Torres Strait Islander Programs team the resources produced in this role aim to build understanding of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander history, worldviews and cultures.
An innovative learning designer you will be instrumental in uplifting the application of contemporary learning and development practices into our programs. Your ability to write and produce digital and print learning content while meeting quality standards is key.
This role will also lead, manage and actively deliver a portfolio of work that embeds reconciliation and cultural capability across the organisation. Guiding the development and implementation of our Reconciliation Action Plan and cultural capability initiatives.

Possess substantial experience leading and managing reconciliation, cultural capability and curriculum development.
Strong skills in curriculum and learning design, including personally developing, writing, reviewing and maintaining culturally informed curriculum, learning content and resources, together with experience leading or managing curriculum development activities.
Be a skilled in project management.
Have the ability to build, influence and sustain collaborative relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and organisations, internal stakeholders, senior leaders, Subject Matter Experts, consultants and other external partners.
