Job summary

Rabobank Australia is seeking an experienced Manager, Compliance Incident Management to lead breach reporting and incident handling across the organisation. The role partners with senior stakeholders to provide expert advice, challenge, and oversight ensuring regulatory obligations are met.

Reporting into Compliance, you will drive a robust incident management approach, support remediation, and contribute to continuous improvement within the Risk & Compliance team.

Qualifications

• Minimum6years'experience in Banking,Compliance,orRiskManagement within the financial services sector.
• Strong experience managing compliance incidents, regulatory breaches, and reporting obligations.
• Demonstrated expertise in risk and control frameworks.
• Experience conducting reviews, investigations, root cause analysis, and remediation oversight.
• Proven ability to design and deliver technical training to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability across all organisational levels.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate the end-to-end management of compliance incidents and breach reporting across Rabobank Australia.
• Assess incidents for regulatory reportability and ensure compliance with breach reporting obligations and timeframes.
• Manage breach processes, including preparation and submission of notifications to regulators where required.
• Provide independent Line 2 review and challenge of incident assessments, root cause analyses, and remediation plans.
• Monitor incident and action management activities to ensure timely completion and effective resolution.
• Conduct thematic analyses to identify trends, systemic issues and control weaknesses, providing actionable insights.

About The Role

Reporting into Compliance, you will be the subject matter expert for compliance incident management and breach reporting, driving a consistent and robust approach across the organisation.

You will work closely with business leaders, risk teams, and regulators to support effective incident assessment, reporting, remediation, and continuous improvement.
