Reporting to the Executive Operating Officer, the Manager Communications will be part of the ACS Senior Leadership team and responsible for all strategic communications.

The ACS is a virtual agency collaborating with the Bureau of Meteorology and partner organisations.

• Oversee and implement communications strategies to engage stakeholders.
• Lead the development and execution of strategic communications as part of the Senior Leadership team.
• Ensure communications deliverables support ACS goals and mission.

Reporting to the Executive Operating Officer of the Australian Climate Service, the Manager Communications will form part of the ACS's Senior Leadership team and will be accountable for all strategic communications aspects of the Australian Climate Service.

The Australian Climate Service is a virtual agency with a complex operating environment encompassing the Bureau of Meteorology as the accountable authority and harnessing the expertise of the four partner organisations to deliver on its mission, vision, and purpose. The Manager Communications and Engagement is responsible for overseeing and implementing communications strategies to engage our stakeholders and plays a key role in ensuring the ACS is delivering on its goals.
