We're currently seeking a Management Accountant to join our high-performing Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned financial professional who thrives on strategic thinking, collaboration, and driving business performance.

What You’ll Do
  • Prepare and analyse monthly management reports
  • Support the forecast and budget process with key stakeholders
  • Assist with pricing and margin analysis
  • Manage weekly cash flow forecasts and banking activities
  • Prepare external lodgements including BAS, FBT and insurance
  • Provide technical advice and support to payroll and the wider finance team
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls and regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Bring
  • CPA or CA qualified with 5–7 years' experience in management or financial accounting
  • Strong commercial acumen and advanced Excel skills
  • Proven experience in management accounting within a healthcare, manufacturing or capital equipment environment.
  • Ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office; Power BI and Coupa or similar P2P experience is a plus
  • Australian work authorisation is required at the time of application.
