Job summary

Centurion, a global equipment rentals and services provider, seeks a motivated Management Accountant for our North Fremantle office. You will deliver timely financial reporting and partner with operations to support commercial decisions.

Responsibilities include monthly management accounts, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and developing dashboards to improve visibility of performance. 3+ years in a similar role with tertiary accounting qualification required.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting/Finance is essential.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role is essential.
• Working towards CPA/CA is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, reports and commentary including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow analysis.
• Partner with operational and corporate stakeholders to interpret results and provide commercial insights.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes including variance analysis and corrective action recommendations.
• Analyse revenue, labour, overheads, margins and cost drivers to improve profitability and performance.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards and financial models for visibility of performance.
• Assist with month-end close, journals, accruals, reconciliations and data accuracy.
