• Experience managing customer engagements to completion and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to identify Managed Print Services opportunities and lead strategy.
• Assess current-state environments and develop future-state recommendations.
• Conduct customer assessments and audits using industry tools and methodologies.
• Present business benefits and outcomes of Managed Print Services to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and model commercial opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and coach where appropriate.
• Advocate the value of Managed Print Services to customers.
