Job summary

Design Craft Furniture Pty Ltd in Canberra is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing activities three days per week. The role is hands-on, with a strong focus on digital skills, design awareness, and interest in furniture and interior design.

You will work with management and sales to create and manage campaigns, update content across channels, and help with events and promotions while developing your career in a creative industry.

Qualifications

• Previous marketing experience or a relevant marketing/communications qualification.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Interest in furniture, interiors or design is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute EDMs and email campaigns.
• Manage Salesforce CRM, customer lists and marketing campaigns.
• Create and schedule content for LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Update website products, projects and news.
• Produce simple graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Support events, product launches and industry functions.
• Prepare case studies and promotional material.
• Coordinate photography and project content.
• Assist with advertising and plan performance monitoring.
• Bring fresh ideas to improve brand presence.

Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Marketing Coordinator to join our team three (3) days per week and support Designcraft’s day-to-day marketing activities.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who has strong digital skills, an eye for design and an interest in furniture, interiors, architecture or the creative industries.

The Role

Working with our management and sales teams, you’ll assist with:

• Creating and distributing EDMs and email campaigns
• Managing and updating Salesforce CRM, customer lists and marketing campaigns
• Creating and scheduling content for LinkedIn and Instagram
• Updating website products, projects, news and other content
• Creating simple graphics and marketing collateral using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Assisting with client events, product launches and industry functions
• Preparing project case studies, presentations and promotional material
• Coordinating photography and content for completed projects
• Supporting advertising and other marketing campaigns
• Monitoring basic social, email and website performance
• Bringing fresh ideas and suggestions to improve Designcraft’s marketing and brand presence

About You

We’re looking for someone with previous marketing experience or a relevant marketing/communications qualification who is keen to develop their career.

You’ll ideally have experience with:

• EDM creation
• Instagram / Facebook / LinkedIn
• Affinity design suite
• Website content management
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Experience in furniture, interiors, architecture, property or design would be an advantage, but not essential
• Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is creative, organised, proactive and willing to learn
