Qualifications

Junior Project Manager

Join our team as a Junior Project Manager and help deliver insurance reinstatement and commercial construction projects. Reporting to the Project Manager you’ll focus on coordinating trades on-site to ensure works are completed safely on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate subcontractors ensuring safe quality and timely work.

Attend site inspections and meetings monitor progress and elevate risks or delays.

Build strong relationships with clients trades and suppliers.

Enforce safety and quality compliance including inductions reporting and audits.

Maintain registers (RFIs drawings variations defects).

Assist with scheduling documentation and milestone updates in Procore / SharePoint.

Support purchase orders subcontractor claims and cost tracking.

About You

Trade qualified (Carpentry Plumbing Electrical or similar) with 25 years construction experience.

Experience in supervision leading hand or foreman role preferred.

Familiarity with insurance reinstatement or commercial projects a plus.

White Card and drivers licence required.

Confident communicator organised and proactive with a commitment to safety and quality.

Comfortable with MS Office and construction software (Procore experience desirable).
