Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your maintenance expertise in a new cutting‑edge field. You’ll be part of a supportive, energetic team and join our Services business to work on the Sydney Metro North West Project. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, managing preventative and corrective maintenance programmes for the train fleet and depot infrastructure repairs/maintenance among other tasks. If you’re ambitious, collaborative, and passionate, this is your chance to grow a fulfilling career. This is a day‑shift role which may later transition into night shifts.

We’ll look to you for:
  • Carrying out troubleshooting during maintenance (preventive and corrective) activities, including investigation and repair
  • Carrying out fleet check activities and supporting depot operations
  • Reporting and registering any deviations (failure/event) in Failure Management database including configuration data
  • Applying and enforcing Alstom and customer EHS & security rules as well as relevant PI processes on‑site
  • Executing test and troubleshouting procedures to evaluate system performance and performing failure analysis on parts to be returned for repair
  • Supporting specific technical investigations with engineering teams or internal/external suppliers
