Job summary

Bunge is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Adelaide Ports operations, based across Port Adelaide. You will lead a team of maintenance staff and contractors to keep fixed and mobile plant safe, reliable and available for export operations.

You will plan maintenance activities, manage resources and budgets, drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with quality, food safety and environmental requirements. A trade qualification and strong leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

Trade-qualified leader with experience in electro-technology or mechanical fitting.
Experience leading maintenance teams in industrial or manufacturing environments.
Strong people leadership, performance management and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate electrical and mechanical maintenance activities to maximise plant reliability.
Plan, schedule and allocate labour, contractors and resources.
Drive safety culture through risk management and contractor processes.
Monitor budgets and maintenance expenditure to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Analyse equipment performance to identify improvements and reduce downtime.
Develop maintenance records and ensure spare parts availability.
Coach and develop maintenance staff including performance management.
