Qualifications

• Confidence in achieving a good standard in most trades.
• Experience in Electrical, Refrigeration, Carpentry, Plumbing, or Tiling is highly regarded.
• Evidence of a working knowledge of OH&S.

• Identify maintenance issues and report to management.
• Oversee maintenance projects and coordinate with external trades.
• Perform day-to-day maintenance tasks.
